COMPASS offer a range of advice, support and education on emotional health matters. We use text, web based and face to face chats to support children, young people and families to improve and maintain emotional health.Compass staff can work with you if you’re experiencing mild, emerging emotional health difficulties and you want to stop things getting any worse.So, issues may include low mood, anxiety, managing different emotions like anger, being scared, friendship groups, being bullied.

Young People’s Drug & Alcohol Service

If you are under 18 and are having problems with drugs or alcohol you can access free and confidential advice from this service. They will not judge you or tell you what to do but they will be there to help you make changes if you wish.

Spectrum

Spectrum provide a free confidential contraceptive and sexual health advice service. Spectrum staff are highly trained to assist you in making informed decisions about sex and sexual health. Their aim is to reduce the rates of sexually transmitted infections and teenage pregnancies in the Wakefield area.

C-Card (Condom Service)

The C-Card scheme is a free and confidential service for young patients aged between 13 and 25. It allows you to collect free condoms from us. We won't tell anyone you've been but it is important that you register on line before coming for an appointment.
