Please allow additional time in this case as the postal service can sometimes be very unreliable. If you request items which have not been authorised by your doctor this will lead to a delay in the processing of the prescription. If you have access to a fax machine you can fax the prescription request to the surgery on 01924 237110 Please allow 2 full working days for the prescription to be processed once it has reached the surgery.

Any amendments may take longer. Patients are now able to order repeat medication via SystmOnline. To do this you have to call in at one of the surgeries with proof of who you are.
