Over the last year January to December 2023 we saw an increase of 15% more telephone contacts with patients and 17% more Face to Face appointments than in the previous 12 months.
Missed appointments for January 2023 – December 2023, totalled 2066 appointments which is 30,990 minutes, over 516 hours or 64.5 days of clinical time! Missed appointment by month are illustrated below and we would please encourage patients if you do not need it – cancel it!
