Over the last year January to December 2024 we saw an increase of 15% more telephone contacts with patients and 17% more Face to Face appointments than in the previous 12 months.
Over 100 appointments are wasted each month with people not attending their appointments. The total number of Missed appointments for January 2023 – December 2023 was 2066 appointments, which is 30,990 minutes, over 516 hours or 64.5 days of clinical time! If you don’t need it – cancel it!
